Skills: Top peices of work for psychology
I took psychology during my junior year and absolutely loved it! Plus I was good at it! I loved getting to learn about the human mind and how it works but also why it works the way that it does.
I chose two tests because I revieved a 100% on one and a 93% on the other. The chapter two test was specifically about the types of studies, and cases that can be performed in psychology. The chapter five test was about the founding individuals of psychology. Basically the main people who created longlasting theories about the mind and human behaviors that are still used today.
Both of these assignments will be vital to my career and future as a young adult. When I go on to college I will be majoring in music and minoring in psychology or art therapy. I am extremely happy about this because these are definitely my two most favorite things to study! And they are both subjects that I am good at. My basic and beginning knowledge of psychology that I gained throughout this course will be extremely valuable to my young adult life specifically in college. Also, this course will be very helpful to my future career as a music therapist. As a music therapist you will be directly working with mental disorders constantly; whether it is in the elderly through alzheimers, teens with eating disorders or depresssion, and even mentally disabled children. I will also have to use many of the specific case study types daily as I go from patient to patient and try to gain the most information that I can. This course was extremely helpful in kick starting my knowledge for my future career and young adult life becasue I will use it daily for the rest of my life.
